Why I Chose to Build Careers, Not Just Cut Hair

Barbering has given me the opportunity to do much more than cut hair, it has given me the chance to help people change their lives.

As Head of Training at LTZ Group, my focus is on helping people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to build long term careers. Whether someone has never picked up a pair of clippers or is looking to take the next step in their profession, I believe everyone deserves access to high quality training and genuine support.

For me, barbering is about far more than a haircut. It’s about building confidence, professionalism, resilience and creating opportunities that last a lifetime.
