LTZ Group Officially Establishes Spanish Company in Mallorca

Another major step forward for LTZ Group as we officially establish LTZ Global Holdings Iberia S.L. in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The company was formally incorporated on 15 June 2026 by Martin Wallis-Keyworth, Cosmin Sustar, and Mario Karaj, creating the foundations for the next stage of LTZ Group’s international growth.

From Plans to Progress

Our ambition to take LTZ into Spain has never been just an idea. Establishing the Spanish company gives us the structure needed to begin building our presence in Mallorca properly and responsibly.

We have always believed that sustainable growth comes from putting the right foundations in place, developing the right people, and maintaining the standards that have helped LTZ grow across the UK. This milestone brings us another step closer to our long-term mission of opening the first LTZ barbershop and training academy in Palma de Mallorca.

Our expansion into Spain also connects directly with Duke joining the LTZ team. Duke is an experienced senior barber from Barcelona who speaks Spanish, English, and Catalan. He will be moving to the UK to work alongside our team, understand the LTZ way of working, and continue developing his leadership and management skills.

The long-term plan is for Duke to return to Spain with the experience and knowledge needed to help lead our first location in Mallorca. Appointments with Duke will be available at Less Than Zero Barbers on Soresby Street, Chesterfield, from 11 September.
