🇪🇸 FROM BARCELONA TO LTZ GROUP — WELCOME DUKE
LTZ Group is proud to welcome Duke, an experienced senior barber from Barcelona, to Less Than Zero Barbers | Chesterfield.
Fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan, Duke will join our UK team from 11 September 2026. Based at our barbershop on Soresby Street in Chesterfield, he will deliver professional barbering services while learning the LTZ operating model and developing his leadership and management capabilities.
But this journey is about much more than joining another barbershop.
Duke will work alongside the LTZ Group leadership team as we prepare to establish our first operation in Palma de Mallorca through our incorporated Spanish company, LTZ Group Holdings Iberia SL.
Our plan is to bring Less Than Zero Barbers and LTZ Training Academy to Mallorca, combining professional barbering with practical training, qualifications, employability and leadership development.
Duke’s experience, multilingual capability and understanding of Spanish culture will make him an important part of that journey. Following his development in Chesterfield, our intention is for him to support the establishment and leadership of the LTZ operating model in Mallorca.
