🇪🇸 A significant milestone for LTZ Group: our Spanish company is now officially incorporated.
LTZ Global Holdings Iberia S.L. provides the formal foundation from which we can begin building the next stage of LTZ’s development in Palma de Mallorca.
What began in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, in 2017 with a clear purpose—to develop people, create opportunity and build sustainable businesses—is now progressing into a new international chapter.
This is not expansion simply for the sake of geography. Our intention is to establish Less Than Zero Barbers and LTZ Training Academy responsibly within the Spanish market: creating employment and training opportunities, building local partnerships and developing future leaders who can sustain the organisation beyond its founders.
I am especially proud to be taking this step with Cosmin Sustar and Mario Karaj. Their growing responsibility within LTZ reflects something central to our model: leadership should be developed from within through trust, formal learning, meaningful accountability and exposure to real strategic decisions.
Legal incorporation is not the finish line. It gives us the structure from which to progress carefully through local compliance, market development, partnerships, investment planning and operational mobilisation.
