BARBERING APPRENTICESHIPS
We are proud to work in partnership with Achievement Training & Skills Ltd (ATS), the approved apprenticeship training provider.
ATS staff within LTZ deliver barbering apprenticeship training from LTZ premises, enabling LTZ to provide a real commercial barbershop environment and practical industry support.
Apprenticeship eligibility, funding, enrolment, progress reviews and programme compliance are managed through ATS’s agreed processes.
Government funding is subject to learner, employer and programme eligibility.
PRIVATE BARBER TRAINING
LTZ Training Academy directly delivers private, self-funded barber training for beginners, experienced barbers and businesses.
These programmes are separate from apprenticeships and include foundation courses, advanced development, one-to-one coaching and specialist barbering skills. The qualification or certificate associated with each programme will be clearly explained before enrolment.

BARBERING PROFESSIONAL APPRENTICESHIP
Complete your Level 2 Barbering Professional apprenticeship at LTZ Training Academy, delivered by Achievement Training & Skills Ltd (ATS), the approved apprenticeship training provider.
Delivered by qualified ATS staff within LTZ, the 13-month programme combines structured apprenticeship training with practical experience in a working commercial barbershop. You will develop technical barbering skills, professional confidence, customer-service experience and the knowledge required for a successful career in the industry.
LTZ provides the commercial barbershop environment and practical industry support.
ATS manages apprenticeship delivery, eligibility, enrolment, funding, progress reviews and compliance.
Government funding is subject to learner, employer and programme eligibility.

BARBER DIPLOMA (NVQ LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3) – FAST-TRACK BARBER TRAINING
SELF-FUNDED LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3 BARBERING QUALIFICATIONS
Work towards a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 barbering qualification through an intensive, self-funded programme delivered by Achievement Training & Skills Ltd (ATS) at LTZ Training Academy.
ATS is responsible for delivering and assessing the qualification. LTZ provides the commercial barbershop environment, practical industry coaching and opportunities to develop your skills while working with real clients.
Depending on your existing experience, prior learning and the requirements of your chosen qualification, some programmes may be completed in as little as three months. Your individual programme and expected duration will be confirmed following an initial assessment.
This self-funded qualification route is separate from the government-funded apprenticeship programme.
Whether you are changing careers, leaving education or developing your existing barbering skills, you will receive structured qualification support from ATS and practical industry support from LTZ.

ATS is the responsible training provider and oversees programme governance, learner registration,

Training is delivered at LTZ by appropriately qualified LTZ staff working within ATS’s approved delivery and quality framework. This combines structured qualification requirements with practical, industry-focused learning.
