Since 2017, Less Than Zero has grown from a single barbershop into an award-winning barbering and education organisation. We combine professional barbershops, private barber training delivered by LTZ, and access to apprenticeships and recognised qualifications delivered through Achievement Training & Skills Ltd (ATS). Together, these routes help people develop skills, confidence and career opportunities.
