Booked a 1 hour restyle and finish, got a completly different syle to the picture I showed. He was 5 mins late, then it took him 15 mins to cut and didnt style or put any product in. I was overchagred by £5 aswell.

You booked a restyle Zach which should have been £25 but Jay decided not to charge you for a full restyle so charged you £20. Admittedly a cut and finish is £15 but you didn’t book that. As for being 5 minutes late, he was running late as we thoroughly clean down all stations, equipment and chairs between each customers due to Covid. In terms of it only taking Jay 15 minutes and him not finishing or styling your hair, you were in the chair for over 38 minutes according to the cctv system and your hair was dried and styled. If the bottom line to your complaint was that the cut didn’t look like you imagined or wanted , you should have said and Jay would have put it right for sure as we want happy customers leaving the shop. He doesn’t remember you ever showing him a picture for reference by the way. As a gesture of goodwill, should you want to rebook, we will offer your next haircut for free.

We have been going to Dan for a couple of years now, for my sons haircuts, and he would never even think of going anywhere else!
Amazing staff, lovely environment and amazing hair cutting!
We’ve visited three times since lockdown so far and the hard work they put in really is amazing. Everything is so clean and looked after.
Thank you for your amazing service guys!! And thank you Dan for all the chats with Harry and his fabulous haircuts! He loves to you bits and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now!
