I wasn’t going to write a review but after speaking to a few people I feel I should leave my thoughts here. I had my haircut here on the 3rd October as a one of as my usual barber was off.
I was booked in for hair cut and fade along with a beard trim
The fade wasn’t even a fade, you could feel the groove when you ran your fingers down my hairline where the fade should of been! He commented saying number 1 wasn’t taking anything off my beard so he stopped, I went over it when I got home and even I was taking a little length off. He also used cut throat on dry skin so all the way home my face felt like it was ripping off I was in agony and had to apply moisturiser when I got home to ease the pain. I went back to my original barber on Saturday (17th October) and he said the length on top wasn’t even at all either. The slot for this was an hour as well, don’t think I was in the chair longer than 45 minutes
So overall a bad experience for myself and I won’t be returning
Had a private message shortly after writing this review apologising and offering a free haircut and beard. Also that they had sacked the guy who cut my hair later that day. I was booked in with jay but apparently he was running an hour late, which I wasn’t made aware of on arrival and they thought putting me in a chair with another barber was the best option without asking me first

As per my direct message Matt. The staff member who did it this is no longer with the business. Jay was running really late and thought the best option was to offer you to go to someone else which proved to be a poor decision. Sorry.

Wow what an amazing experience. I came for my beard trim and i brought my 6 year old son with me. He's very nervous about having his hair cut due to a bad experience elsewhere. The guys in here were amazing with him. Once he was sat in the seat they made him feel so comfortable. He was chatting away and laughing. Can't thank the guys enough.
